Traditional Full Flat Tang

These knives have the typical (traditional) khukuri shaped handle but in Full-Flat Tang version. That means the flat tang of the blade follows the shape of the handle scales all the way and fitted by using epoxy and rivets. Such type of handle in kukri terminology is also called the "Panawal" handle. It is a heavy duty version made to handle hardcore usage of the knife. The tang also provides good counter balance to the blade. These type of traditional handle got more famous and started coming out more frequently only after mid 1950's.
