KHHI is proud to be introducing the Warranty of its products. This is one significant step taken to make customer feel safer buying from us and to acknowledge that we only sell quality kukris. You will receive the warranty card where you will find the warranty number at the end of the page. You will have to show the warranty number in order to claim any one of three R’s (Repair, Replacement and Refund).
Repair, Replacement and Refund
We provide you with the best and highest quality products, leaving zero error margin, however as the saying aptly goes “to err is human” there could be some flaws that we may have missed seeing during quality check or it wasn’t at all you wanted? There could be many reasons not to be satisfied with what you get hence to make life easier we have the following options for you. Off course terms and conditions do apply.
- Free maintenance for a lifetime, after 1 year of the delivery date.
- You pay your shipping, we will repair and ship back
- Warranty will be null and void if the damaged is caused intentionally by negligence, used in extreme weather condition and or while self-repairing
- Provide us in written/photo/video; why you want the replacement?
- KHHI should be convinced enough to send the replacement.
- You have to send us the product back to KHHI at your own cost
- We will ship the replacement within 5-7 days, after receiving the damaged product
- You can get your product replaced within 1 year from the date of delivery.
- Warranty will be null and void if the damaged is caused intentionally by negligence, used in extreme weather condition and or while self-repairing.
- You need to claim the refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide us in written/photo/video; the reason for refund.
- Ship back the product at your own cost to KHHI or its agent in your country if available.
- You will get your refund (excluding shipping ) within 2-3 business days after the product is received
- Contact/confirm KHHI for shipment details and address.
- We cannot accept the product if its thrown, hit in metallic surfaces, OR if it’s damaged intentionally, by sheer negligence, self-repairing, used in extreme temperature and/or used in water/wet conditions.
- Please don't claim for sheaths, accessories, accompanying Knives, stands, engravings and minor rust/scratched/bent.
- This warranty DOES NOT cover Product/s damaged in shipping (by carrier); we have insurance coverage for that.
- Make sure you have received the warranty card.
- KHHI reserves the right to accept the claim for warranty and guarantee.
