one of the fascinating bowie knife ever done by Khukuri House (KHHI)

This specific kukri was designed and produced by the collaborative work (joint project) of Mr. James Bernett, from UK (a very close friend of KHHI) and KHHI. Numerous projects with different personalities with high caliber on the making of knives has been done until now but “JB Bushcraft Survival Bowie” is one of the most fascinating due to the fact that it was so carefully planned from every possible angle, Mr. Barnett, played with the sketches over many times before he finally settled with the most ideal knife where KHHI skillfully executed Mr. Barnett's sketches into masterpiece. This bowie knife is now the most dependable, very fast operating and versatile Bowie. It was released on 18th Feb 2016 to the world. JB BOWIE is a high-quality blade for hunters and adventure seekers which is easy to carry and even easier to use.

The nickname is dedicated to the designer Mr. James Bernett, from the United Kingdom hence the name JB, UK

Blade: The blade is 9inch long and has mirror polished finishing. Its slender, sleek and agile design makes it perfect for fast action and easy handling. While double-edged blade gives an enhanced performance for stabbing and cutting. The blade also has a convex edge for extra strength and durability. In a whole, the blade has a minimal weight yet is well balanced providing better performance and is a pleasure to carry.

Handle: The handle is full flat tang where horn pieces are glued together with epoxy and further riveted for extra strength and durability. The upper part of the handle has a vertical iron guard which protects from hand slipping into the blade and prevents accidents. The lower part of the handle has a power hammer butt for pounding and hammering. While the horn scales are carved ergonomically in the handle to match the contours of the human hand. This provides an easier grip and firm hold. Lastly, the bottom part has a lanyard hole for wrist leather thong to go through (so the knife is never dropped).

[Note:: In case the horn is not up to the required standard/size then Black Wood will be used instead]

Scabbard: The sheath of this blade is made with black leather. Draw in and draw out of kukri is very easy to operate on this sheath. Near the mouth of the sheath, a “D” ring incorporated FROG is made for easy and flexible carriage. This frog has a strap button to hold the handle firmly while moving. Whereas the tip has a small lanyard loop for the leather string to go thru for sturdy body attachment (fine mobility).
