This hand forged raw kukri falls under the RAW and BASIC kukri clan like the famous and best seller 5160 Raw Kukri (Forged To Serve). The raw finishing in the blade is the direct result of water quenching (extremely heated metal reacting to water when both come in contact). This type of finishing got very popular when it was first started by Khukuri House, which was soon followed in many khukuris and "Raw Hand Forged Village" being on of them. The raw finishing gives a unique look and more importantly power and durability to the blade. It also resembles the old era kukris from the classis period. 

Blade: 7 inch blade size makes the khukuri very handy thus effective. It also has fuller to assist in cutting and to strengthen the blade's edge. This raw format typical kukri is on the heavy side in mini series. While the raw finishing retains the hardness the blade's heaviness generates hard blows for easy and fast execution.

Handle: Handle is strong and durable in "Panawal" style, meaning, its full flat tang riveted version. It has typical kukri shaped handle that provides very easy and secure gripping. The full tang also gives counter balance to the heavy blade hence better handling.

It has a normal black leather SHEATH. A frog is place for belt carry and a lanyard loop tip fixed to secure the khukuri to the body (thigh).
