Kukri with 5 Fullers /Chirras on blade panel; and full flat tang handle ; the SLAYER

This kukri is the ultimate fuller (chirra) kukri out of all the chirrawals and thus is the ‘5 Fuller’ more advance heavy performance and brutal than 3 fullers blade. The word ‘chirra’ refers to the fullers on the panel of the blade, here the panel of the blade has 5-fullers hence named ‘5 Fuller’. The brutal name “SLAYER” has been chosen to denote the cutting and chopping it can do so violently with the 14” blade. The handle of the kukri is full tang tang; hence a complete” name ‘5 fuller full flat tang kukri ‘SLAYER’. Slayer kukri is one of the hardest fuller blades to craft and is a must-have kukri for collectors and hardcore knife users.

Blade: The blade is 14inch long with unpolished finishing. This unpolished blade enhances the cutting ability and durability of the blade as losing of temper is prevented by avoiding the long machinery process undertaken to polish a blade. The blade is 10 mm thick for creating fuller; the thick spine makes it a heavy broad blade for deadly works.

Whereas, the 5 fullers act as shock absorber and takes out the unnecessary weight of the blade as in the I-BEAMS concept. It also gives support to the flat surface by absorbing the direct impact done on the blade. This blade is a mark of true craftsmanship of a master kami since it is one of the hardest chirra blade to craft.

Handle: The 6 inched handle of this kukri has 5 metal rivets fitted together to strengthen the fixtures. This full flat metal tang (FFT) can be clearly seen as thick metal lines running through the two sides of the handle. The handle pieces are made of Indian rosewood to give an overall matching look and sturdiness. The bottom of the handle also features a lanyard hole for string to go through which prevents dropping of kukri away from the hand while in action. Both the pommel and bolster are made from thick iron plate to withstand the heavy impact taken by the blade.

Scabbard: It has a normal black leather scabbard made from buffalo leather. The interior has wood pieces shaped like the blade to provide strength to the scabbard. Near the mouth, a frog loop is attached where belts can go through and the scabbard can be carried around the tip is covered with metal chape (metallic tip).
