A unique knife indeed to own and take pride, 7inch Mini Sirupate Kukri (Unique), adds value and spice to our Sirupate Collection.

WHY THE NAME SIRUPATE ??
Its a Nepali general word denoting a special leal. It derives its name from a leaf called “Siru Paat” found in the hilly regions of Nepal. “Siru” meaning Slender and “Paat” means leaf, hence the name. Makers many centuries got inspired from the leaf's shape and put it into a khukuri.

Blade: The blade design follows the classic and famous 'Sirupate' profile. It is only 7inch long with mirror-polished finishing hence easy to use and maintain. The pattern/butta at the lower section of the blade with a hint of brass gives it an overall cute look.

Handle: The handle is same like the original classic parawal kukris where the rat-tail tang goes through the white rosewood handle and remains hidden. This tang is jammed to the handle with epoxy + wood dust mixture and locked at the bottom by a pommel. The exterior part of handle has white metal fixtures at the two ends and rings in the center of the handle (for extra grip).

Scabbard: Made from cream color leather in traditional format. Frog by the throat and loop in the tip both assist in easy carriage of the knife in body. Two small knives, Karda + Chakmak, are discarded for this kukri.
